8 Week Women’s Writing Group, Marshall NC

The Eight Pillars of Joy – A Women’s Weekly Writing Group Perspective, Humility, Humor, Acceptance, Forgiveness, Gratitude, Compassion, Generosity. These are the pillars for living a joyful life. Using The Book of Joy as inspiration, we will spend 8 weeks writing and sharing together in a supportive group. Following the Amherst Writers Method, we will be using a variety of prompts, themes and reflective exercises. The AWA writing method allows participants to tend their creative spirit through the practice of writing. All are welcome and no experience is necessary! Bring a notebook or journal and pen.
